You can save time by completing your water service application online!

 

Huntsville Water Utilities serves customers within the Huntsville, Arkansas city limits. Please note that the primary account holder must be at least 18 years old and provide a government-issued photo ID.

 

If you are applying for service at a rental property, you must provide a lease agreement that includes the start date and the owner's contact information. If a lease is not available, the property owner must contact us directly to grant permission for service. Once your application is submitted, please call or visit our office to pay your deposit, as online payments are currently only available for established accounts.

 

Residential deposits are $100.00 for property owners and $300.00 for rental properties. Commercial deposits vary based on meter size and business type. A $5.00 service charge applies to all new applications. Please be aware that all debit and credit card payments are subject to a processing fee charged by the card provider.
