Please pay close attention to the Amount Due (in bold text) and Last Payment.  If your payment has not been imported into our system yet, it could still reflect an amount due.  You can verify your recent payment has been made by checking the last payment amount and date.  Huntsville Water Utilities cannot issue refunds for payments made to accounts.  Online bill pay is a feature we offer customers through a third party system.
