To complete an online application for water service within the city limits of Huntsville, Arkansas, the primary account holder will need to upload with this application, a copy of their government-issued photo ID. Once you have submitted your service application, please call, or stop by our office to pay your deposit. Residential deposits are typically $100. Commercial deposit amounts vary based on the type of business. All deposits paid with a card are subject to a card processing fee.

Service applications for rental properties will also need to provide a copy of the rental agreement between the property owner and the tenant. Your rental agreement should have at least one of the account holder’s names listed in the agreement, as well as the property owners name and contact information, the service address of the property, and the date you take possession of the property.
