Public Notice of Violation

On July 16th, Huntsville Water was notified that Madison Couny Regional Water had received a violation from the Arkansas Department of Health. The violation was caused by a storage tank that Madison County Regional Water has connected to their system that is currently inactive.

Because Huntsville Water purchases all of its water from Madison County Regional Water, it is our responsibility to notify our customers of the violation. The official public notice has been run in the Madison County Record. A copy can be found here.
